I used my 70-200mm Canon lens with a 1.4 extender and a blue-gold polarizing filter. I exposed for the sky to silhouette the boat. The exposure was 1/250 of a second at f5.6 on Velvia 100 film. After I took this image, I discovered that two of my lenses were stolen while I was taking this photograph. In all my years of photographing I had never had this happen to me, I was not a happy camper.
