I began singing a repertoire of Broadway songs as I photographed these boats. Young children gathered around me laughing hysterically. I took their pictures, too, and asked my translator what was so funny. My voice?? She said that Bali has many kings and because I am overweight and had an expensive lens the children thought I was prosperous and must be a king. It is a great story and now I laugh when I think about it. For the shot I used a 500 mm Canon 4.5 lens and Velvia film.
